How can we help you?
Find answers to common questions about Envoy Fiber's activation process, our compliance standards, and our services for homeowners and providers.
For Homeowners
Envoy Fiber is the authorized field activation partner for major fiber internet providers. Our representatives visit neighborhoods that have recently been upgraded to fiber optics to educate residents on the new service, explain the transition process, and help you schedule your installation without having to call a call center.
Every Envoy representative is required to wear a branded badge with a unique ID number. You can instantly verify their identity, active status, and authorized provider partner by entering their ID on our Verify a Rep page at any time.
No. While we recommend upgrading to fiber to take advantage of the faster speeds and reliability, the decision is entirely yours. Our representatives are there to provide information and answer questions. If you are not interested, simply let them know, or place a 'No Soliciting' sign on your door, which our representatives are strictly trained to respect.
Once you select your plan with our representative, you will immediately receive a digital consent receipt via email or text. Your installation appointment will be confirmed, and a certified technician from the fiber provider will handle the physical installation on your chosen date.
For Providers & HOAs
Providers allocate 1,000 to 5,000 passed homes to Envoy for 30 days. We deploy a dedicated, certified field team to that territory. Because our model is purely performance-based, there is zero upfront risk. We prove our cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and take-rate uplift before discussing a long-term contract.
Compliance is programmatically enforced through our proprietary Field OS app. We use GPS geofencing to ensure reps are physically at the door, mandate digital consent receipts for every transaction, and provide our partners with a real-time Quality Assurance dashboard to audit sales.
Yes. Envoy specializes in community-wide transitions. We host town halls, provide dedicated community liaisons, and handle the door-to-door education required to smoothly migrate an entire HOA from legacy copper/cable to a bulk fiber agreement.
