No. While we recommend upgrading to fiber to take advantage of the faster speeds and reliability, the decision is entirely yours. Our representatives are there to provide information and answer questions. If you are not interested, simply let them know, or place a 'No Soliciting' sign on your door, which our representatives are strictly trained to respect.

Once you select your plan with our representative, you will immediately receive a digital consent receipt via email or text. Your installation appointment will be confirmed, and a certified technician from the fiber provider will handle the physical installation on your chosen date.

Providers allocate a defined number of passed homes to Envoy for a pilot period. We deploy a trained field team to that territory and provide transparent performance reporting. Pilot terms, pricing, and success criteria are defined before deployment.

Compliance controls are designed into our field operations. These include identity verification, consent logging, GPS check-in, script adherence tracking, and do-not-knock management. Provider partners receive access to field activity and compliance reporting.
