Partner with Envoy to convert passed homes into activated customers with a verified field team.
Not the utility or ISP: Envoy Fiber is a field activation and market-development company. Envoy is not a utility and is not necessarily the internet service provider. Provider relationships, available plans, pricing, installation responsibilities, and service terms vary by market and campaign.
Envoy Fiber is committed to transparent, respectful field interactions. Every resident has the following rights when interacting with our representatives.
Every representative must identify themselves, their company, and any provider relationship before discussing service. Representatives carry a branded badge with photo, name, unique ID, and expiration date. You may verify their identity on the Rep Verification page at any time.
You may decline to speak with any representative at any time. Posting a "No Soliciting" sign instructs representatives not to knock. You may also request removal from contact lists by contacting us. Do-not-knock requests are retained and distributed to active representatives.
Qualifying door-to-door transactions may be subject to the FTC Cooling-Off Rule, which provides a three-business-day cancellation right. If you place an order with a representative, you will receive cancellation instructions. Contact us for assistance with cancellations.
Representatives will clearly state whether they are working with a specific provider or performing a provider-neutral availability check. Envoy is not a utility and is not necessarily the internet service provider.
If you have a concern about representative conduct, you may report it via email or phone. Reports are reviewed and responded to promptly.
You may request access to personal data collected during field interactions, or request deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full process.
