Envoy Fiber

Fiber Radar

Know where to deploy next.

Fiber Radar is the intended market-intelligence capability for asking: where should Envoy deploy market-development resources, and what evidence supports the decision?

The problem

A large footprint does not establish market readiness. Distribution decisions also depend on sellable addresses, provider permissions, installation capacity and the quality of available evidence.

The operating model

  1. Collect candidate signals

Potential input classes include provider footprint, public broadband data, expansion announcements, construction signals, address density, serviceability evidence, competitive presence, market stage and prior campaign outcomes. These are candidate inputs, not a list of integrated feeds.

  2. Check provenance and readiness

Evaluate source, age, permitted use and geographic scope. Keep provider-confirmed evidence separate from public reports and modeled signals.

  3. Prioritize → review → learn

Present a reasoned deployment recommendation for human review, then compare subsequent confirmed outcomes with the original assumptions.

Evidence and provenance

Each input needs a traceable source, observation date, scope and known limitations. A deployment recommendation needs supporting evidence and an explicit account of what remains unknown.

Limits and boundaries

No live scoring feed, integrated-input coverage or predictive accuracy is asserted. No proprietary weighting formulas or unverified market results are published. A recommendation does not authorize a campaign.
