Market Activation
One market. Coordinated distribution.
Envoy’s engagement model aligns field, paid media, organic/search, direct mail, community, referral and partner channels. Telephone outreach is included only where authorized and consistent with communications preferences.
Where this capability fits.
Who it is for
Provider acquisition leaders and market operators coordinating more than one distribution channel.
The problem
Disconnected lead sources can duplicate outreach, contradict offers and obscure whether activity produced an installed, activated customer.
The decision
Connect channel execution to one address-centered market plan.
How the workflow operates.
Market → address → provider
Define the footprint and match eligible locations to the provider. Keep source confidence separate from confirmed serviceability.
Authorized offer → coordinated reach
Align channel messages, campaign windows and suppression requirements to the same approved offer; do not create channel-specific promises.
Customer journey → installation
Agree ownership of follow-up and provider request/order handoff. Installation remains dependent on provider or installer confirmation.
Activation → feedback
Reconcile provider outcomes with channel records and carry unresolved attribution or missing evidence into the next review.
Evidence before claims.
A market plan needs footprint provenance, provider authorization, channel permissions, consent/suppression responsibilities, address matches and provider outcome records. No channel is exempt from the Envoy Standard.
What gets measured.
Review reach, eligible engagement, accepted requests, installation fallout and provider-confirmed activation by market and channel. Attribution is partial when source records are partial; channel totals are not automatically additive.

Define the next handoff.
Start with the requirement and evidence available. Do not send confidential customer records in an initial inquiry.
