Activation Intelligence

Activation is the economic outcome.

Activation Intelligence is intended to reconcile the journey from reach to retained service. The precise billable or commissionable economic event depends on the provider agreement and provider-confirmed state.

The problem

Lead volume can look like growth even when qualification, scheduling or installation fails. A submitted order does not establish an activated customer.

The operating model

  1. Reach → Engagement → Address Match

Separate channel activity and interest from an evidence-supported match to an eligible service address.

  2. Request / Order → Scheduled

Distinguish a submitted request from provider acceptance. A preferred installation window is not a confirmed appointment.

  3. Installed → Activated → Retained

Keep installation completion separate from provider-confirmed activation. Retention requires later provider evidence over a defined observation period.

Evidence and provenance

Dated source records, accepted orders, provider or installer scheduling, completion records, provider activation confirmation and retention observations are separate evidence requirements.

Limits and boundaries

A lead, request, order submission, appointment or installation is not by itself proof of activation. No conversion rates, retained-customer counts or commission eligibility are asserted by this page.
